Within Portland’s South Portland neighborhood
The City’s neighborhood description includes Lair Hill, South Waterfront, Corbett, Johns Landing, Terwilliger and Fulton. They are historic local areas within South Portland, rather than six separate neighborhood associations.
Coverage is discussed using the actual Portland, Oregon property address. A similarly named place elsewhere, a whole road corridor or the broader southern part of Portland is not automatically included.
Street directions matter
Copy the full street address, directional prefix and unit from the property’s current address information. Some official landmark records retain SW prefixes while others use S. Give the provider the property address rather than changing its direction based on a nearby landmark.
Private drain or public-system concern?
The City’s sewer-backup guidance explains when to contact a plumber and how to report concerns to Environmental Services. This website focuses on drain clog removal at properties; public paths, street inlets and municipal systems have different responsible contacts.
